Our client, a leader in the renewable energy sector, is seeking a Commercial Site Administrator to join their team. As a Commercial Site Administrator, you will be part of the finance and administrative support team, ensuring smooth operations on-site. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully with the organization.

Pay Range: $25.00
What's the Job?
Support the Purchase Order (PO) process by raising requisitions and ensuring adherence to purchasing processes.
Assist with cost controlling by providing input on site purchases and enhancing forecast accuracy.
Maintain site inventory and perform regular inventory checks to ensure accurate asset management.
Document events and communicate issues that impact the project financially to the Commercial team.
Collaborate with Construction Administrators to align project operations and goals.
What's Needed?
Proven experience as an office or business administrator, assistant, or in a relevant role.
Qualifications in Finance and Business Administration are advantageous.
Advanced communication skills in multicultural environments.
Proficiency in English and advanced IT skills, particularly in MS Office 365.
Knowledge and interest in the wind turbine industry and construction projects.
