As an Electrical Engineer II here at Honeywell, you will play a key role in the design and development of electrical systems and components. You will be accountable for conducting feasibility studies, analyzing technical requirements, and implementing electrical engineering strategies. Your technical expertise and problem-solving skills will contribute to the successful execution of projects and the delivery of high-quality, innovative solutions.
You will report directly to our Sr. Engineering Manager, and you will work out of our Clearwater, FL location. This role is eligible for hybrid work mode, except for the first 90 days.

YOU MUST HAVE
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics
2+ years of experience in electrical engineering
Strong knowledge of electrical design ethics, practices, and standards
Proficiency in electrical design software and tools
Excellent problem-solving and thoughtful skills

Master's degree in Electrical Engineering
Experience with project management methodologies
