Job Title: Electrical Engineering Technician
Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Support/Field Service Technician to ensure the success of our customers through the optimal functioning of our Aerosol Jet systems. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and support of these systems. Your primary objective will be to merge your technical expertise with excellent customer service to enhance overall customer satisfaction, leading to mutual success. We are also seeking a more senior person to lead the St. Paul team.
Responsibilities
Install, maintain, and support Aerosol Jet systems for customers.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently to ensure system functionality.
Provide exceptional customer support to enhance satisfaction and success.
Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and outcomes.
Lead and mentor the St. Paul team in a senior role.
Essential Skills
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Working knowledge of simple DC circuits and test procedures.
Strong mechanical aptitude.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Some knowledge of any computer language is preferred.
Some fluency in Mandarin is a plus.
Some security clearance is preferred.
Proven experience in technical support or a similar customer-facing role.
Experience with Cognex Vision or a computer language is preferred.
Work Environment
The work environment includes hands-on technical work with Aerosol Jet systems, requiring a blend of electrical and mechanical expertise. The position will involve travel domestically and internationally to customer sites for system installation and support. The team environment fosters collaboration and continuous improvement.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $50000.00 - $70000.00/yr.
