Adecco Creative and Marketing has partnered with a leading digital music company to hire a Senior Inside Sales Rep.
This remote position pays is $45-$55/hr depending on experience.
This is a three month, 40 hours/week contract that has potential to extend based on performance and culture fit.

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Inside Sales Representatives to join our team. In this role, you will engage with a curated list of potential artists through email, phone, and social media, fostering genuine connections. You will be instrumental in transitioning artists to our platform and providing qualitative and quantitative feedback to our executive team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and Target Existing High Potential and High value Clients:
Research and target existing artists, labels, and music professionals who have some, but not all of their catalog with the business and who use competitor services, focusing on those who would benefit from the platform's features and services
- Present Value Proposition:
Clearly communicate the platform's unique benefits, such as transparent revenue, global reach, and artist development tools like our services, showing how it outperforms competitors, and Music Publishing
- Manage Sales Pipeline and Close Deals:
Track leads and move them through the sales funnel using CRM tools. Meet or exceed sales targets for catalog transfer and paid account management.
- Support Onboarding and Transition:
Help clients transition their catalog smoothly from their current distributor to this platform, collaborating with the client success team to ensure a positive onboarding experience.
Qualifications:
- Experience in Music Industry Sales:
Sales experience, preferably in music distribution or services for independent artists.
- Relationship-Building and Negotiation Skills:
Strong ability to build rapport with artists and labels, handle objections, and close deals effectively.
- Knowledge of Music Distribution:
Understanding of digital distribution, revenue generation, and the competitive landscape, including services like CD Baby, DistroKid, AWAL, United Masters, OneRPM
- Results-oriented and Target-Driven:
Motivated to meet or exceed sales quotas with a proven track record of success in client acquisition.
- Excellent Communication Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present the platform's offerings to high level decision-makers clearly and persuasively.
