-Answering phones, directing clients and being first wave before I get interrupted (This is a huge thing right now, I can't work if I'm getting calls all day)
-Keeping up with tracker list, compliance items, following up with any inspectors out of compliance, etc.
-Following up with clients and providing updates to clients
-Assessing new inventory and reaching out and gathering additional info when needed
-Keeping up with roster and finding new inspectors when needed, filling new inspections as they come in, and sending onboarding documents, following up to make sure we receive them timely.
-Labeling photos and put together a rough draft of our report package (doesn't have to be perfect, but even filling in basic info blanks helps)

-Reaching out to prospective clients, keeping up with social media, etc.
There is opportunity for bonus/commission if you are familiar with Xactimate and writing estimates, or if I can train them to do so.
