Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Answer and direct incoming phone calls
Greet and direct visitors to appropriate bank staff
Order all office supplies and maintain supplies
Sort mail and distribute to appropriate bank staff
Request updated insurance on consumer and commercial collateral, file proof of insurance in loan files
Filing, moving files and boxing up files (as needed)
Assist customers with loan questions (balances, payments and advances)
Transporting various documents between bank staff and outside vendors
Document Imagining
Assist all lenders and originators with processing and closing of all @types of loans
Monitor loan files for completeness
Provide support for other credit administrators
Qualifications
Education
A high school diploma or equivalent is required
2 years of additional college/business school training or equivalent work experience
Knowledge and Experience
Successful customer service experience
Previous experience in banking a plus
Skills and Abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong customer service abilities
Ability to multi-task and organize work
Working knowledge of general office equipment
Proficient with Microsoft Office software
This position requires a selected candidate must pass a criminal history background check and have favorable credit history for bonding purposes.
