The Center for Human Development, (CHD) is seeking a Bilingual
Administrative Assistant for our Adult Community Clinical Services
(ACCS), located in Springfield, MA. ACCS is funded through the
Department of Mental Health and is a multidisciplinary outreach approach
for persons served in need of psychiatric and other services living
independently in the community. This involves active engagement
including assertive outreach, consistent assessment and treatment
planning, skill building, symptom management, addiction treatment, and
behavioral and physical health monitoring and support. A generous sign

Assistant: The Administrative Assistant serves as a resource to the
program as a whole and is directly supervised by the Clinic Director
and/or Clinical Supervisor. Duties include, but are not limited to,
reception, answering telephones, scheduling appointments, supply
management and inventory (including shopping for the program), coding
and filing bills, petty cash account, co-payments, typing, filing,
record keeping, documentation, word processing, data entry, and report
writing. The Administrative Assistant is also responsible for running
miscellaneous errands, data collection and will assist with quality
assurance related to both the funding source and licensing requirement
strong computer skills, be detail?oriented, flexible and able to work
independently and as a team member. Minimum Qualifications: High school
diploma Additional administrative training or education is a plus
Experience in an office environment preferred; strong computer skills
required Ability to pass a driving record check, and have reliable
transportation Candidates should be Bilingual (English/Spanish). With
ability to speak, read and write in both fluently. Success Factors: Our
ideal candidate must be organized, strong computer skills,
detail-oriented and have excellent communication skills. Additionally,
they should able to work independently and as a team member. Ability to
work some evenings and Saturdays. Pay rate: \$21.00/hr. Take advantage
