Job Title: Senior Administrative Assistant
Objective:
Provide administrative support to the National Government Sector, specifically the Sciences and Civilian Sales Teams, as well as to the Washington DC office.
Responsibilities
Coordinate daily requests from sales teams including meetings and events, purchase requests, travel arrangements, and registrations for conferences and training classes.
Assist in ensuring the office is running smoothly by assisting with onsite vendor service visits for office equipment, providing onsite meeting coordination, and IT support when needed.

Manage onboarding and offboarding for new hires, interns, and contractors.
Partner with HR representatives to handle onsite interview logistics.
Coordinate workflow processes with various divisions to ensure appropriate handling of team requests.
Solve administrative problems by analyzing workflows and identifying creative solutions that are in line with company and division policies and procedures.
Respond to employees' questions about administrative policies, methods, and guidelines.
Communicate updates and changes to management.
Assist with additional opportunities as the company grows.
Essential Skills
3 to 5+ years of administrative experience supporting a Director.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience with SharePoint, SAP, or SalesForce.
Strong scheduling and travel coordinating experience.
3 years of experience with administrative work involving analysis and recommendations.
Ability to work in a complex department and maintain large databases.
Motivation and passion for getting work done consistently and thoughtfully.
Ability to organize work and meet deadlines amidst interruptions and competing priorities.
Refined written and verbal communication skills.
Minimum typing speed of 55 wpm.
High school diploma.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience supporting high level executives in an administrative support role.
Knowledge of SAP, SharePoint, Salesforce.com.
High school diploma.
Work Environment
This role is based in a Training Center and the Federal Office for Our Client. The work environment includes the use of technologies such as Microsoft Office, SharePoint, SAP, and Salesforce. The role involves both independent and collaborative work, with a focus on maintaining large databases and organizing work to meet deadlines amidst interruptions. The dress code is professional.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr.
