Hybrid work options will be considered for the right individual.ResponsibilitiesManagement of project support, including data entry, format editing, document quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) and grammatical reviews, report generation, finalizing, and shipping reports;Provide PowerPoint development, design, and brand review support to the Operations team, including client-facing, industry, and internal slide decks;Complete proposal and report formatting, editing, and grammatical reviews;Ensure all internal/external communications meet strict corporate brand standards;Subcontractor and/or vendor invoice processing, client invoicing and accounts receivable management, and database management; andOther job duties as assigned with respect to office location.Requirements and ExperienceMinimum 5+ years of similar experience with strong grammatical proofing, editing, and formatting expertise; Creative eye with the ability to execute written creative direction in designing client-facing PowerPoint presentations;Complete proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications required - including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook; experience with Salesforce and Certinia (Financial Force) is a plus; HS diploma minimum, Bachelor's degree preferred;Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills are a MUST; Exceptional organizational, scheduling, and facilitation skills; Team player and forward thinker with the ability to shift priorities to proactively and efficiently meet Operational support needs;The ability to maintain strict confidentiality is mandatory;Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship, now or in the future; andPotential employees must be able to satisfactorily complete a background check. Compensation will vary depending on the applicant's job-related knowledge and skills, education, and work experience.
