Our client, an innovative leader in the industrial sector, is seeking an Electrical Assembly Technician to join their team. As an Electrical Assembly Technician, you will be part of the production team supporting various product lines. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, a commitment to continuous improvement, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment, which will align successfully with the organization's goals.
Job Title: Electrical Assembly Technician
Location: Windsor Mill, MD
Pay Range: $18.00 per hour
What's the Job?
Perform a variety of assembly operations on electronic and mechanical assemblies and subassemblies.
Follow methods and sequences of operations in wiring, component installation, and hand soldering.
Conduct quality inspections in accordance with specifications and troubleshoot complex issues.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment while adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
Collaborate with Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, and Planning teams to ensure compliance with client expectations.
What's Needed?
High school diploma or GED required, with at least 1 year of manufacturing experience.
Experience in a regulated environment is essential.
Strong knowledge of mechanical tools and proficiency in reading technical drawings.
Ability to manage time effectively across multiple production orders.
Basic proficiency with PCs and the ability to follow diagrams and perform basic arithmetic.
