Our client is seeking a Hydraulics and Electrical Wiring Installer to join their team. As a Hydraulics and Electrical Wiring Installer, you will be part of the production department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Hydraulics and Electrical Wiring Installer
Location: Kent, OH
Pay Range: $19 per hour
Hours: Mon-Thur 6am-4pm Fri 6-11 OT
What's the Job?
Install wiring and hydraulics to units in production.
Examine work pieces for defects and measure work pieces with straightedges or templates to ensure conformance with specifications.
Lay out, position, align, and secure parts using straightedges, combination squares, calipers, and rulers.
Analyze engineering drawings, blueprints, specifications, sketches, work orders, and material safety data sheets to plan layout and assembly.
Position and secure work pieces using hoists, cranes, wire, and banding machines or hand tools.
What's Needed?
High School Diploma or general equivalency degree (GED) preferred.
Strong knowledge of electrical wiring and installation.
Strong knowledge of hydraulics and installation.
Ability to accurately read and interpret drawings and prints.
Ability to accurately use and read micrometers, calipers, tape measures, and precision measuring instruments.
