?? Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
We're currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Temporary Administrative Assistant to support our team during a temp leave. This is a great opportunity to gain valuable experience in a fast-paced office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming phone calls and direct inquiries appropriately
Greet and assist office visitors in a professional manner
Distribute incoming and outgoing mail
Enter Purchase Orders with accuracy
Perform general data entry tasks
Utilize Excel for spreadsheets and reporting tasks
Maintain a high level of attention to detail at all times
Requirements:
Strong administrative and organizational skills
Comfortable with Excel and general computer use
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Friendly, professional demeanor
High attention to detail
