Job Title: Control Systems Engineer
Job Description
Join a dynamic team to develop and implement advanced control systems and strategies for a variety of projects. You will play a crucial role in designing, programming, and troubleshooting PLCs, while ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
Responsibilities
Develop control systems and strategies to meet project requirements.
Program PLCs using ladder logic.
Conduct system diagnostics and troubleshooting to identify and correct issues in real-time.
Develop and program HMI screens.
Perform system simulations and testing to ensure functionality and performance.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
Develop specifications and detailed documentation for control system design.
Essential Skills
Proficiency in electrical and automation systems, including PLC programming.
Experience with Allen-Bradley PLCs.
High attention to detail and a focus on quality.
Excellent electrical and programming troubleshooting skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with vision systems, robotic components, and conveyor systems.
Ability to move interdepartmentally depending on interest and ability.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $40.00/hr.
