We are seeking a dedicated Electrical Engineer to join our dynamic team. The role involves contributing to development projects within both local and global technical engineering teams, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions tailored to customer needs.
Responsibilities
Actively contribute to development projects as a member of technical engineering teams.
Design and layout printed circuit boards using the Altium software suite.
Translate customer needs into viable marketable solutions efficiently and timely.
Evaluate electrical systems, products, and applications to design optimal solutions.
Assure product quality during production by designing electrical testing methods at both board and system levels.
Prepare technical reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
Provide technical support to inside and outside sales personnel.
Adhere to Quality Management Systems (QMS), Environmental Management (EMS), and Occupational Health & Safety (OHSA) procedures.
Essential Skills
Proficiency in analog and digital circuit design.
Experience with microcontroller designs and C programming.
Ability to design and layout printed circuit boards using Altium.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent verbal presentation, writing, and computer application skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering.
1 to 5 years of product development experience in an electronic/electrical manufacturing environment.
Design experience in power, energy, defense, industrial automation, control industries, telecommunications, RF applications & testing, and DC circuits.
Experience in the design of Surge Protection Devices is a plus.
Ability to manage multiple objectives and adapt to changing priorities.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $120000.00/yr.
