Job Title: Production Admin & Analyst
Job Description
This role is designed to support the staff in hiring, providing feedback, and reporting weekly hours. It also involves supporting data analytics and performing administrative tasks for the production team.
Responsibilities
Record and enter daily production data into Excel spreadsheets and SAP with accuracy and timeliness.
Maintain organized records of production reports, downtime logs, and inventory updates.
Generate and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly production reports to management.
Assist with tracking raw material usage, finished goods, and yield variances.
Support supervisors and plant managers by providing real-time data and summaries.
Reconcile data discrepancies by collaborating with production floor staff and supervisors.
Ensure accurate documentation in compliance with company procedures and food safety standards.
Maintain filing systems (digital and hard copy) for production documents and reports.
Perform administrative duties such as scheduling meetings, answering phones, and managing email correspondence.
Essential Skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, data entry, pivot tables, and charts.
Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Knowledge of PowerBI for data analytics is beneficial.
Experience with calendar management and scheduling.

Work Environment
The position operates Monday to Friday during standard business hours, primarily indoors with air conditioning. The office is located within or near the production floor, which may require occasional presence on the production floor with appropriate personal protective equipment. Standard work hours apply, with occasional overtime based on production needs.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
