Tracking inventory levels, managing stock, and potentially assisting with ordering and receiving. Coordinating shipments, tracking deliveries, and resolving any issues related to deliveries or shipments. Assisting with supplier communication, processing supplier order confirmations, and potentially resolving issues with suppliers. Maintaining accurate records, preparing reports, and analyzing data related to supply chain performance. Responding to inquiries, communicating with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring clear communication within the supply chain team.Resolving issues where stock does not arrive exactly as it should.Requirements:High school diploma or GEDPrevious Administrative experience is a must. Experience Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook is a must.Experience in Oracle Engineered Systems is a plus.Strong analytical skills.High level of organization.Excellent problem-solving mindset.Demonstrated leadership abilities and interpersonal skills.Rigorous attention to detail.Ability to communicate effectively.Superb time management skills and detail orientation.Ability to maintain confidentiality of company and partner information.Why PROMAN Staffing?
