Financial Analyst (Fluent in English & Mandarin)

Responsibilities:

Track and analyze industry trends, marketing performance, and sales data to support financial forecasting and strategic planning.
Research and evaluate securities, monitor market movements, and assess performance indicators to inform investment insights.
Conduct due diligence by reviewing financial documents, reports, and direct communications with key stakeholders from potential acquisition targets.
Prepare and present analytical reports and presentations to management, identifying key financial trends and recommending actionable strategies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or statistics.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, supporting the requirement to work closely and confidently with senior business leaders (both internal and external).
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret financial reports and legal documents.
Strong research abilities, ability to meet deadlines
Well informed in current financial subjects, accounting, tax laws, money market and business environments
Strong problem-solving skills
