Job Description:
The primary responsibility of this position will be administrative in nature. Clerical duties will include, but not limited to, document editing, proofreading, report writing, record keeping, data entry, presentation preparation, and document tracking (both physically and electronically), etc. Internal auditing will be an element of this position; however will come with experience and familiarity with the system.
Primary Responsibilities:
Perform a variety of clerical duties, as needed
Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments, etc. for department as required
Maintain expense reports and invoice management in conjunction with Accounting Department, as applicable
Manage inventory of specific supplies needed for department and/or company
Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills, over the phone and in person, with our customers, visitors, auditors and internal departments
Provide general administrative and clerical support including editing, mailing, scanning, faxing and copying
Responsible for coordinating meetings, luncheons and/or presentations in conference rooms
Maintain the QMS via an internal audit system
Maintain quality objective postings to facilitate communication and status of objectives to all employees
Maintenance of all documents in compliance to quality management system
Conduct vision screenings and maintain records
Maintain records of audits and prepare reports for management
Quality projects as assigned
Other duties will be assigned as needed
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent -- documentation required
Must meet ITAR definition of US Person(s) - documentation required
Effective communication both verbal and written
Computer skills include Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook. Knowledge and use of MPCS a plus
Professional demeanor and appearance
Excellent email and letter writing skills, including composition, grammar, structure and spelling
3+ years of administrative support experience with increasing responsibility required
Microsoft Office -- excellent skills in Word, Power point, and Excel
Excellent communication skills - verbal and written
Strong organizational skills, both analytical and problem solving, and ability to work with confidential documents, customer documents/reports
Ability to manage multiple tasks and achieve deadlines under pressure

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, use hands, reach with hands and arms, and communicate.
