Walbridge is growing rapidly in Data Centers (ENR top 10) and has a dynamic opportunity for an Technical Manager- CX/ Electrical to coordinate and manage all activities related to the construction startup and commissioning of the mechanical, electrical, and control systems to meet the customer's needs.

You can live in any US city if you are able to travel 100%.
Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities
Develop critical path schedule: Develop MEP critical path schedule, work with subcontractors and design team to provide conflict resolution for MEP issues.
Procurement & bid process: Manage equipment procurement process, track and coordinate deliveries. Assist with bidding mechanical and electrical trades.
CX and Startup: Manage startup and pretesting of mechanical and electrical systems. Coordinate and document quality control and third-party commissioning activities.
Coordinate Trades & Documentation: Coordinate and track critical path construction, review mechanical and electrical submittals.
Qualifications
To qualify for the role, you must have,
4-year engineering degree in appropriate discipline or equivalent combinations of technical training and related experience.
Minimum of 5 years extensive experience related to electrical / mechanical discipline. Thorough knowledge of all aspects of construction technology, equipment, materials, methods, required.
Capable in leading and scheduling MEP activities.
Preconstruction and equipment procurement experience preferred.
Ability to accept project assignments that may require extended long term temporary living arrangements or frequent travel to non-local job sites.
A valid driver's license in the US and a valid passport required; willingness and ability to travel; travel is estimated at 70+%.
