How You'll Make an Impact: Manage the day-to-day administrative operations. Own and optimize calendars, schedule meetings and conference calls (external scheduling for MDs also required). Oversee successful execution of in-person and virtual meetings (booking rooms, virtual meeting rooms, audio / visual setup, greeting visitors, respond to participant requests in a timely manner, etc.). Coordinate travel arrangements, prepare itineraries, and obtain approvals as needed. Assist with research projects and administrative tasks such as data entry, preparation of presentations and materials for conferences and meetings, and other related clerical duties. Prepare and submit expense reports. Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding as needed. Plan team meetings including offsites, group holiday events, etc. Act as liaison with IT, Mailroom, Facilities and other building personnel (Security, Property Management, etc.). Provide other ad hoc support as needed. Prioritize and take-initiative in completing assignments, juggle various tasks, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines all with minimal supervision.
