Lead ID for hardware development for a research-related product: form & CMF exploration, detail surfaces, cosmetic specifications, packaging design
Support Vision casting with senior leaders with sketches, storyboards, models
ID/UX/HF based Target Setting for research Skills CAD -Excellent parametric modeling skills and a willingness to learn NX

-Ability to work with engineers to optimize electrical components for hardware design
-Ability to rapidly create and update production level surfacing that meets manufacturing
requirements.
Visualization
-Ability to clearly visualize ideas through illustrations and Renderings.

Prototyping
-Ability to create proto@types that explore form, aesthetics, comfort, and fit.
Experience
-Consumer Electronics industry, preferably wearables.
Human Factors

Minimum Qualifications
A Bachelors degree in Industrial Design or a related field.
2+ years of experience as an Industrial Designer, developing consumer electronics or
wearable tech products.
Experience exploring and refining ideas through prototyping.
Experience in 3D CAD modeling.
Experience solving problems in a collaborative team environment.
Must have skills:
1)Form creation in CAD - Excellent parametric modeling skills and a willingness to learn NX.

Story Behind the Need -- Business Group & Key Projects:
1) For wristband research product, the RL-R research group focused on interaction in AR and AI needs industrial design leadership to design the device.
2) The external codename for the program is "Supr
