Description:
The Executive Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting the founder of textile company. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational and communication skills. The Executive Assistant will assist with purchase orders, supplier management, calendar management, and various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Purchase Orders: Assist in the preparation, processing, and tracking of purchase orders. Ensure timely and accurate completion of orders and maintain records.
Supplier Management: Coordinate with fabric suppliers to manage relationships, negotiate terms, obtain lead times, and ensure timely delivery of materials.
Calendar Management: Help manage calendar and ensure all commitments are met and provide reminders as needed.
Administrative Tasks: Perform a variety of administrative duties including filing, data entry, document preparation, and correspondence. Handle confidential information with discretion.
Project Support: Assist in special projects and initiatives as directed by the founder. Provide research, analysis, and administrative support to ensure project success.
Additional responsibilities: Other duties as assigned

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $47.00/hr.
