Job Description
• 8-10 years of experience as a BA in the relevant specialization.
• Deep understanding of Card Issuing and Acquiring business.
• Strong knowledge of Software Engineering Methodologies like SDLC e.g. Waterfall, Iterative (Agile/Scrum).
• Subject Matter expertise in payment instruments like Credit, Debit, Prepaid and Corporate cards.
• Well versed with cards life cycle of Issuing & Acquiring workflow.
• In depth knowledge of Card Management system for managing the complete lifecycle of Debit, Credit and Prepaid cards from a technical perspective.
• Experience on ATM acquiring Switches (FIS IST or Base24 / Base24 eps)
• Experience on MADA integration and certification
• Issuing and Acquiring Schemes knowledge (Visa, MasterCard), Fair idea about EMV, VSDC/M-Chip
• Has good knowledge on critical credit card functionalities Viz; On-boarding, Card personalization, Authorization & Clearing, Interest, Service Fees, Collections and Dispute Process.
• Moderate experience on Loyalty Rewards Program on cards would be an added advantage.
• Worked on customer interfacing applications which interacts with core card management systems.
• Business Analysis and solution design for big cards transformation projects.
• Extensive experience with data visualization.
• Extensive experience in meaningful business impact/change through analytical skills/prowess.
• Well verse on tools like JIRA, MS Visio & MS-Office Self-starter and a positive can-do work attitude.
