Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent for Zamp.
- Utilize various sourcing methods (Inbound + Outbound) to identify best candidates.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.
- Conduct thorough screening and interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Qualifications & Skill Set required:
- 2 to 6 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment. We are hiring for a Tech and Non Tech recruiter.
- Strong hold on the market and company mapping tactics.
- A proactive attitude, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative and team-oriented environment.
