This is a DIRECT HIRE OPPORTUNITY
Key Responsibilities:
Oversees patient care, including ensuring staff, patients, and families communicate, and that care delivery meets quality and safety standards
Hires, trains, and schedules nursing staff
Key Requirements:
At least 2 years of solid, recent Cath Lab experience
BSN or equivalent experience required. Master's degree preferred.
Current unencumbered RN license.
Must be licensed as an RN in Oregon or must show proof of submittal of Oregon RN license request
At least two (2) years RN experience and two (2) years in a leadership role required (experience as a Supervisor, Charge RN, etc).
Healthcare Provider BLS required.
ACLS required
Successful completion of management courses/education program preferred.
Compensation and Schedule:
Salary range between $117K - $170K based on experience
