Direct Hire Corrections Director of Mental Health Role $120,000-$140,00 per year in Mays Landing, New Jersey
Clinical Magnet (Part of ICON Medical) is partnering with one of our largest clients to find a Director of Mental Health for a facility in the Mays Landing, New Jersey area.
Responsibilities of the Director of Mental Health:
Lead all aspects of the department of mental health within the correction's facility, overseeing all clinical staff and mental health operations
Oversee the transfer of patients to higher mental health care when needed
Requirements for the Director of Mental Health:
7-10 years of experience as a clinician is ideal
Supervisory experience in a mental health setting
Corrections mental health experience is required
Experience implementing policies and procedures for a mental health department
Psychology Degree (Ph.D or Psy.D) or MD/DO with focus in Psychiatry
Current Psychologist or Psychiatrist License in the state of NJ
Compensation, Benefits, Schedule for the Director of Mental Health:
$120,000-$140,000 base salary, with annual bonus incentive
Full benefits package (medical/dental/pto/etc.)
Schedule is M-F, Onsite
