Clinical Magnet (Part of ICON Medical) is partnering with one of our top clients to find a Senior Business Systems Analyst to help oversee multiple IT projects for the hospital system. This is a
hybrid
position near the Hickory, NC area.

Responsibilities of the Senior Business Systems Analyst:
Working closely with the IT and Finance teams, assist in the implementation of a new financial and resource planning system
Conduct thorough analysis of health system financial applications to assure efficiency, as well as system upgrades and testing
Requirements for the Senior Business Systems Analyst:
7-10 years of Business Analyst experience or similar
Understanding of accounting and finance principles with some experience working with financial applications
Healthcare experience is a bonus but not required
Experience and understanding of software applications and the SDLC
Ability to work with various stakeholders on the finance, IT, and leadership teams
Minimum Associate's Degree in Management Information Systems or similar
Compensation, Benefits, Schedule for the Senior Business Systems Analyst:
$60,000-$90,000 base salary
Full benefits package (medical/dental/pto/etc.)
Schedule is M-F, Hybrid (Specific days to be discussed)
