Clinical Magnet (Part of ICON Medical) is looking for a Hearing Instrument Specialist to join our partner's full-time team in the Raymore, MO area outside of Kansas City.
This is a DIRECT HIRE OPPORTUNITY
Key Responsibilities for the Hearing Instrument Specialist:
Work face-to-face with patients in the clinic, making recommendations for hearing devices
Serve in a patient liaison role, working with testing facility to receive and interpret results from audiograms and other testsKey Requirements for the Hearing Instrument Specialist:
1-2 years of experience as an Hearing Instrument Specialist is ideal
Must have strong organizational skills
Ability to interface with clients and manage appointment schedules
Sales experience is nice to have but not required
Current and valid Hearing Instrument License
Degree preferredCompensation and Schedule for the Hearing Instrument Specialist:
Target salary is $50,000-$55,000, dependent on experience
Uncapped sales bonus plan!
