Direct Hire Occupational Therapist Role $46-$60 per hour in Los Angeles, California
Clinical Magnet is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join a mission-driven healthcare team in Los Angeles, California.
This is a DIRECT HIRE OPPORTUNITY.
We are looking for a full-time, on-site OT who is passionate about supporting aging adults through individualized therapy plans, collaborative care, and meaningful engagement in daily life. This role provides a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on underserved communities.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct clinical OT evaluations and develop restorative and maintenance-level treatment plans
Deliver therapy in clinic, home, or care facility settings per individualized care plans
Educate participants and caregivers on assistive devices, ADL techniques, and home modifications
Document services, progress notes, and care updates in compliance with clinical standards
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to integrate OT into participant care plans
Provide guidance and in-service education to staff and caregivers
Participate in patient care planning meetings and maintain compliance with regulatory standards
Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program (Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in OT)
National certification (NBCOT) and eligible for or currently registered/licensed to practice in California
At least 1 year of experience working with frail or elderly populations
Valid CA driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
Strong documentation, communication, and interdisciplinary collaboration skills
