Direct Hire Registered Nurse Home Care Manager Role $110,000-$143,800 per year in San Bernardino, California

This is a DIRECT HIRE opportunity (not contract).
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for the supervision of the home care staff and their functions.
Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable state and federal employment laws.
Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees, addressing complaints and resolving problems, ensures annual employee performance reviews are conducted in a timely and effective manner, evaluates performance of employees for compliance with established policies and objectives of the organization and contributions in attaining objectives.
In addition to managing staff, the RN Home Manager is responsible for ensuring completion of initial and annual assessments of participants in their home environment to determine their individual needs and coordinate plans of care (POC).
REQUIRED PROFICIENCIES
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
Registered Nurse licensure in state of practice
3+ years RN health care experience with a strong emphasis in geriatrics
Recent home health experience
In depth knowledge of home health practices and guidelines
Strong experience in direct people leadership, supervising staff, scheduling, etc.
Current First Aid and BLS certifications required
Requires transportation, a state issued driver's license, good driving record and auto insurance as required by law
COMPENSATION and SCHEDULE:
Salary starting at $110K (but can be significantly higher based on experience) with strong benefits and PTO
$10,000 Sign-On Bonus
