RecruiterPM is transforming the way recruiters and hiring teams manage their workflows. Our all-in-one platform combines ATS, CRM, and project management tools, empowering recruiting teams, staffing agencies, and HR departments to streamline the entire hiring process from start to finish.

As we launch, we're looking for a Sales Hunter to help us bring RecruiterPM to the market. This is a high-impact, outbound sales role focused on generating pipeline, driving demos, and helping prospective clients understand the value of our platform.

What You'll Do:

Identify and reach out to potential customers (recruiters, staffing agencies, HR teams) through calls, email follow ups and LinkedIn
Qualify leads, engaging prospects with compelling messaging
Set up product demos and manage the sales lifecycle with each potential customer
Collaborate with Co founders to refine outreach strategies
Maintain and update CRM records to track outreach and engagement

What We’re Looking For:

1-2+ years of experience in a hunter type sales or business development role in a SaaS organization
Past experience in a recruiting role, or selling payroll and/or the HR tech is a big plus!
A resume that includes your revenue generated or the amount of sales created
Please showcase on your resume wins, accomplishments, or any metric(s) that showcases your success while being in a sales role to bring in new business.
Strong communication skills with a persuasive and engaging personality
Self-starter with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks
Experience using CRM tools and sales automation platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
