As we launch, we're looking for a Sales Hunter to help us bring RecruiterPM to the market. This is a high-impact, outbound sales role focused on generating pipeline, driving demos, and helping prospective clients understand the value of our platform.
What You'll Do:
- Identify and reach out to potential customers (recruiters, staffing agencies, HR teams) through calls, email follow ups and LinkedIn
- Qualify leads, engaging prospects with compelling messaging
- Set up product demos and manage the sales lifecycle with each potential customer
- Collaborate with Co founders to refine outreach strategies
- Maintain and update CRM records to track outreach and engagement
What We’re Looking For:
- 1-2+ years of experience in a hunter type sales or business development role in a SaaS organization
- Past experience in a recruiting role, or selling payroll and/or the HR tech is a big plus!
- A resume that includes your revenue generated or the amount of sales created
- Please showcase on your resume wins, accomplishments, or any metric(s) that showcases your success while being in a sales role to bring in new business.
- Strong communication skills with a persuasive and engaging personality
- Self-starter with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks
- Experience using CRM tools and sales automation platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
