Job Title: Electrical Assembler
Job Description
As an Electrical Assembler, you will perform electrical assembly of refrigeration houses, typically seen outside grocery stores. Your work will involve running wires to complete the assembly of refrigeration units and wiring up lights or ceiling fans as per customer specifications. Each unit is custom-made, requiring collaboration to develop processes with or without prints and schematics. You will use hand and power tools for assemblies, and engage in mechanical assembly tasks.

Essential Skills
Experience in electrical wiring from a manufacturing or construction experience
Ability to read blueprints and schematics.
Proficiency in electrical assembly, wiring, and schematic interpretation.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Physically capable of standing for 8+ hours a day.
Ability to lift 20+ lbs regularly and 50+ lbs occasionally.
Comfortable with standing/sitting, bending, and reaching.
Interest in learning electrical wiring for mechanically inclined individuals.

Work Environment
The job is located in a large manufacturing building, where units are built in teams of 3-4 people. The environment is fast-paced and well-lit. Although the shop is clean, the nature of the work may result in getting dirty. There is no air conditioning, but fans are provided to maintain airflow. Steel-toed shoes and long pants are required daily.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Anoka, Minnesota.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr.
