Bookkeeper for Commercial Construction trade sales service and installation company. Working with Operations manager and existing team based @ second office location (Possibility for Mineola LI, NY office placement as well).
Clerical work, Data Entry. Use of phones and company computer system. Compliance . Includes AP, AR Insurance PAYROLL.
Data entry for 3rd party and compliance software’s IE Certificates of Insurance, Workman’s comp OSHA ETC.
Full time position, benefits available 401K and PTO included.
Job is in person. Full time some flexibility in hours.
