This position provides direct clerical support for the VR Counselors in
completing their work. Takes calls from clients, vendors, and other
organizations, and either assists the caller or ensures that the call is
directed to the appropriate staff member. Assists with client intakes
obtaining all required information, explains the VR Program and
schedules appointments with Counselors. Assists walk-in consumers, which
frees up time for other support staff to complete work assignments and
assist Counselors. Compiles files on new applicants.
