Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Job Description
This position will perform a variety of maintenance tasks including diagnosing, repairing, rebuilding, or replacing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems on plant equipment. Technicians work as part of a team to safely perform Preventive Maintenance Activities as well as answer breakdown calls in a Production Environment. All Maintenance Technician positions are multi-craft and training is provided to develop these skills.
Responsibilities
Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems on plant equipment.
Perform preventive maintenance activities as part of a team.
Respond to breakdown calls in a production environment.
Engage in training to develop multi-craft skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
2+ years' experience in successfully troubleshooting and repairing industrial machinery.
A technical degree in the mechanical or electrical trades is a plus.
Experience in the corrugated packaging or printing industry is a plus.
Authorization to work in the US.

Work Environment
The facility is clean but loud on the floor, and not temperature controlled. The production schedule consists of 3 shifts. Maintenance Technicians are placed on shifts according to plant needs and seniority, with opportunities to change shifts available when organizational changes occur or production schedules change.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $70000.00/yr.
