We are offering an employment opportunity in the Real Estate Property/Facilities Management industry, located in Wayzata, Minnesota. The role is for an Administrative Assistant, wherein the selected individual will be tasked with a variety of responsibilities related to property management, tenant relations, and administrative support.
Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls, providing excellent customer service to tenants and vendors
Perform data entry tasks, inputting work orders and lease agreements into the system with precision
Manage email correspondence professionally, ensuring all inquiries are addressed in a timely manner
Maintain a detailed and organized schedule for appointments and meetings
Utilize Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Word to manage communications and document creation
Interact with prospective tenants, effectively communicating property information and addressing their queries
Assist in the coordination with vendors for bidding processes
Greet office visitors professionally, ensuring a positive experience for those making check deliveries or other transactions
Work closely with the operations manager and operations assistant on various administrative tasks.

Requirements
Proficiency in answering inbound calls, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette
Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues
Demonstrated experience in data entry, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Proficiency in email correspondence, with strong written communication skills
Experience in managing both inbound and outbound calls, ensuring efficient communication channels
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, including scheduling, email management, and task organization
Proficient in Microsoft Word, with the ability to create, format, and edit documents efficiently
Experience in scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings within a busy office environment.
