The Webstop Account Manager role involves a balance of customer service, sales and task management. Primarily an account manager, the staff person will also be expected to help with project management and sales assistance. This current role is to specifically help with the growth of our Ace Hardware business.
Job responsibilities include:
• Providing customer service to clients as they make requests regarding their digital marketing features
• Organizing tasks for developers and designers in project management system
• Providing online trainings and feature overview presentations
• Managing email communications
• Providing information regarding project requests during weekly project meetings
• Organizing billable tasks for invoicing department
• Managing marketing email campaigns
• Working a 9am-5pm EST schedule Monday thru Friday
