Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Job Description
The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for maintaining production stamping presses, robotic weld machines, and other plant equipment and facilities
The role requires a strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
The maintenance technician needs to have a strong background in diagnosing and troubleshooting stamping press repairs, as that is the biggest problem currently faced
The maintenance technician will also assist around the plant with preventative maintenance, facilities upkeep, and ensuring continuous production
Responsibilities
Maintain and repair production stamping presses and robotic weld machines
Diagnose and troubleshoot stamping press issues
Perform preventative maintenance on plant equipment and facilities
Assist with mechanical and electrical troubleshooting
Set up and repair machinery
Perform fabrication and welding tasks
Read and interpret blueprints and schematics
Assist with coil changes and feeder operations
Essential Skills
5+ years of experience in stamping press maintenance
Mechanical troubleshooting on press components, pumps, gears, and motors (hydraulics and pneumatics)
Electrical troubleshooting on sensors, 3-phase motors, 480V, 240V systems
Proficiency in welding (MIG) and fabrication
Experience with hand tools, tape measures, and electrical wiring
Ability to perform preventative maintenance and facility upkeep

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $72800.00/yr.
Working thru new benefits package and working with the US to match the market
Starting from the ground up; would help get to make the plant what it is.
