The Executive Administrative Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to the Executive Director and leadership team. This role is essential in ensuring efficient day-to-day operations and smooth communication across departments, stakeholders, and clients. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle sensitive information with a high level of confidentiality and professionalism. Key Responsibilities: ? Provide executive-level administrative support to the Executive Director and leadership team. ? Manage schedules, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements. ? Prepare reports, memos, letters, and other documents, as directed. ? Coordinate and organize internal and external meetings, including preparation of agendas and materials. ? Act as a point of contact between executives, staff, partners, and clients. ? Maintain filing systems, both digital and paper. ? Assist with grant applications, board communications, and nonprofit compliance documentation. ? Monitor and respond to emails on behalf of leadership as directed. ? Support HR-related tasks such as onboarding, staff correspondence, and scheduling interviews. ? Maintain confidentiality of all sensitive and personal information. ? Perform additional administrative tasks as needed to support agency operations.
