We are offering a contract employment opportunity for an Administrative Assistant in Downtown Los Angeles, California. Must be bilingual in Spanish. This role is crucial in supporting the daily operations of our non-profit organization in Downtown Los Angeles. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be involved in tasks such as administrative support, bilingual communication, data entry and record keeping, visitor and client relations, and event coordination.
Responsibilities:
Ensure efficient and accurate processing of data entry tasks and keep information organized
Assist in the coordination of company events, meetings, and conferences, including preparation of materials and logistical arrangements
Serve as a liaison for English and Spanish communication within the office, including translating documents, emails, and other materials as needed
Provide general administrative support to executives and team members, including scheduling meetings and maintaining calendars
Handle incoming inquiries, provide information to clients, or direct them to the appropriate person
Greet and assist visitors to the office in a detail oriented and friendly manner
Manage and maintain office supplies to ensure availability for day-to-day operations
Answer and screen phone calls in both languages, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, databases, and files.
Requirements - Demonstrates strong proficiency in Administrative Assistance
Fluent in Spanish with the ability to perform translation tasks as required
Proficient in Data Entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and speed
Demonstrates good organizational skills for efficient Filing and record management
Capable of handling Inbound Calls, providing detail oriented and timely assistance to all callers TalentMatch®
