You need to be a team player who can take on important activities and juggle everyday duties is the perfect fit! You must have strong organizational, planning, verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work and make decisions independently while working in a fast paced environment - Ability to prioritize tasks, identify and resolve problems, handle confidential and sensitive information - Display tact, diplomacy, and professionalism - Excellent customer service skills and consistent attention to detail - Exercise discretion, good judgment, leadership, decision making ability and management ability - Experience successfully creating and/or modifying processes - Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite required, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint. - Attend to the many new and ongoing meetings - Work with senior leader's offices to schedule upcoming executive forums,- Work with site HR leads to plan approximately 10 site visits, including town hall meetings, listening sessions and small group meetings Project management/coordination: - Coordinate updates related to US Executive Orders, managing ten stakeholder groups updating hundreds of items. - Track review, approval, and completion of every change.
