About the Position:The City of El Dorado is seeking a motivated and
enthusiastic high school student to join our Engineering Department as
an intern. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on
experience in various engineering functions, including project
assistance, daily inspections, and administrative support.
Responsibilities:
Project assistance, including daily inspections and construction
staking
Administrative support, assisting with the organization of the
engineering office
Assist with data entry and record-keeping
Organize and file engineering documents
Support project management processes
Observe and assist with site visits and inspections
Help prepare materials for engineering projects
Participate in special engineering projects and research
Prepare and present a final report on internship experience
