About the role:
As a talent management intern, you will work on a variety of global projects across the talent management function, including talent development and learning.
You will report to Global Talent Management and be located at our Cranberry location. This position is a full-time position hybrid. This is a paid internship that starts in May 2025.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to Global Talent Management team members
Research best practices and contribute to the development of training material
Prepare reports and presentations
Qualifications:
Pursuing a bachelor's degree or higher inHuman Resources Management, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Business, Communications, Adult Education or Labor Relations
Minimum GPA of 3.0
Complete Sophomore year of college by May 2025
Demonstrated interest and commitment to Global Talent Management
