Description
We are seeking a skilled Payroll Analyst to join our client's team in Tualatin, OR in the Semi-Conductors and Electric Component Manufacturing industry. In this role, you will manage payroll processing for a large number of employees, handle payroll taxes, garnishments, and off cycle checks, utilizing your proficiency in ADP Workforce Now. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity.
Responsibilities:
Overseeing the full cycle of payroll activities for over a thousand employees
Managing payroll-related taxes and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
Processing garnishments and off-cycle checks when necessary
Utilize ADP Workforce Now for efficient payroll management
Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy
Handling data entry tasks related to payroll and benefits functions.
Requirements
Proficiency in using ADP Workforce Now software
Strong knowledge of benefit functions within a payroll @context
Experience in managing full cycle payroll processes
Demonstrated ability in data entry with a high degree of accuracy
Proven experience in auditing payroll and related financial documents
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of federal and state payroll regulations and requirements
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
