JOB REQUIREMENTS: A Benefits and Payroll Specialist job in Appleton, WI
is available through Accelerate Professional Talent Solutions. This role
requires candidates to have 3+ years of payroll processing experience,
as well as experience in benefits administration. In this position, you
will process bi-weekly payroll transactions, process payroll for both
union and non-union employees, maintain employee timecards, and ensure
all garnishments, child support, and tax payments are reflected
accurately. This position will also administer employee benefit
programs, ensure compliance with government regulations, manage
employees within the HRIS system, and assist with recruitment processes

union environment preferred. - Proficient knowledge and understanding of
payroll regulations, procedures, and laws. - Experience with benefit
administration. - Proficient experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft
Office Suite. UKG payroll experience preferred. - Excellent critical
