Description We are looking for an organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team in Mooresville, North Carolina. This position offers an opportunity to work in the dynamic automotive industry, providing essential support to various departments and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities:
Manage reception duties, including greeting visitors and handling inbound calls with professionalism.
Accurately input sales orders and other data to support Sales Account Managers in meeting customer needs.
Collaborate with the sales and quality teams to address customer inquiries and ensure accurate record-keeping.
Generate, distribute, and assist in creating routine reports and data requests as needed.
Print and organize labels and materials for engineering and other departmental use.
Receive and distribute incoming mail in accordance with company guidelines.
Maintain office supply inventory, including ordering items for equipment like copiers and fax machines.
Track and manage the distribution of keys and access codes for the office.
Provide administrative support for scheduling and hosting meetings, including setting up necessary resources. Requirements - Proven experience in customer service, including answering inbound and outbound calls.
Proficiency in data entry and email correspondence with strong attention to detail.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Ability to schedule appointments and manage calendars efficiently.
Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to tasks.
Experience in the automotive industry is a plus but not required.
