Job Title: Electronic Assembler
Job Description
The electrical assembler routes wires for fire apparatus equipment by following wire diagrams and other technical drawings. They connect lights, hose reels, and other accessories to the electrical box and fabricate boxes, mounts, and other necessary equipment according to the blueprint. This position requires communication with fabricators for complete installation and the fabrication of wire harnesses as needed. The 12v Electrician utilizes basic hand tools to achieve objectives and performs other duties and responsibilities as required by management to meet company needs.
Responsibilities
Route wires for fire apparatus equipment using wire diagrams and technical drawings.
Connect lights, hose reels, and other accessories to the electrical box.
Fabricate boxes, mounts, and other necessary equipment according to the blueprint.
Communicate with fabricators to ensure complete installation.
Fabricate wire harnesses as needed.
Utilize basic hand tools to achieve objectives.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as required by management to meet company needs.

Work Environment
This is a 1st shift position with working hours Monday to Friday from 5:00am - 3:30pm or 6:00am - 4:30pm, depending on the supervisor. Mandatory overtime may be required on Fridays, with candidates expected to work 45-50 hours per week. The environment is temperature controlled, spacious, and promotes a team setting. All tools are provided to employees.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $29.00/hr.
