Evernorth Specialty Pharmacy is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant, Senior Representative. The Administrative Assistant, Senior Representative will support multiple senior directors within Patient & Client Services as needed as well as assist in the coordination of events, workshops, etc., This position requires excellent organizational skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Juggle multiple projects across multiple departments with superb accuracy
Manage schedules and coordinate meetings for multiple leaders
Coordinate travel itineraries and complete expense reports for multiple leaders
Assist with planning team events, meetings, etc. onsite and offsite
Coordinate and lead employee engagement meetings and events
Exhibit a strong sense of urgency and problem-solving skills
Create Excel spreadsheets and Power Point presentations
Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts and emails
QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Diploma or GED required.
3+ years of hands-on administrative support experience
Experience with Concur preferred
Must be proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point)
Ability to maintain confidential information and employee records with the utmost discretion in the handling of information
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to prioritize projects and strong problem-solving skills
Good research skills with attention to detail
Flexible and reliable
Extremely organized
Strong sense of urgency
