We are seeking a reliable and experienced Part-Time Maintenance Technician to join our team. This position involves performing general maintenance and repair tasks across a mix of commercial and apartment properties. Location: Oakdale, MN Hours: Part-Time (Flexible schedule, 20-30 hours/week) Compensation: Based on experience Responsibilities: Perform routine maintenance and repairs (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC, etc.) Complete work orders in a timely and professional manner Maintain building systems and respond to tenant service requests Ensure common areas are safe, clean, and well-maintained Coordinate with property manager and vendors as needed
